24/7 Staffing

Round-the-clock qualified residential and youth workers.

Care built around the child, not the case file

Every child and young person referred into residential care arrives with their own history, strengths and support needs. Our model of care is trauma-informed, attachment-focused and therapeutic β€” recognising the impact of early trauma on development and behaviour, and helping each young person feel safe, valued and understood while we work alongside Child Safety, families, schools and allied health professionals on their development, wellbeing and sense of belonging.

Homes are staffed 24/7 by carefully screened, trained residential care and youth workers who provide consistent routines, positive behaviour support and genuine, relationship-based care. Every placement is guided by an individualised care plan and cultural support plan, incorporating therapeutic crisis intervention principles and, where applicable, NDIS supports coordinated alongside statutory case management.

Our commitment: children and young people in our care are supported to have a voice, know their rights and access advocacy at all times β€” while we work in partnership with the Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services, guardians and family towards stability and, wherever possible, positive reunification outcomes.
